I've found the company with which I want to do business from here on out. We bought a manufactured home with a still functional but aging heat pump. In order to keep it functioning for as long as possible, we contacted Welch to give it a tuneup. Rob Welch showed up on time, was very informative and professional and quite a pleasant person to boot. He went the extra mile by solving a problem with a couple of floor vents and didn't charge us to do it. The maintenance program he offered was quite reasonable and now we will be seeing him twice a year. In short, this experience was everything one could ask for. I highly recommend Welch for your HVAC needs.

Just when it's getting hot, our old heat pump decided to die. We had Welch out to take a look at it but the evidence was clear that we needed a new system. Rob Welch got right on it, got us a quote, we did our due diligence and found that Rob's quote was fair and reasonable. Last Friday afternoon we gave him the go ahead, he set us up with Tri-City Credit Union (Trevor there was awesome) and moved the schedule around so they could get us taken care ASAP. Here it is Tuesday and we are sitting blissfully in our nice cool home. His installers did a fantastic job. Thank You for coming so quickly! Struggled with smoke coming into our house when we'd run the ac. Called another company (I'd totally recommend as well) who did troubleshooting over the phone with me. I'm not an ac tech and my husband (working from home) was in a meeting so he wasn't able to check those places yet. Anyway... talked to Rob Welch, who was in between appointments and come right over. He quickly assessed the situation and fixed our problem! His prices are very reasonable and he's extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions and explain the system to us in a way we could understand. In less than a half hour I went from living in fear (due to asthma) to feeling safe in my house again. This may sound a bit dramatic, but if you have ever struggled to breathe, it's accurate. We Highly recommend him.

From the very friendly person who took my call (I wish I could remember her name - she is wonderful and deserves to be recognized!), to Rob who came out to check out our system, we are so happy with their service!
